By Dr Shahid Qureshi: –
Pakistan as country should not put its friends like Saudi Arabia or anyone else in an embarrassing situation and test. Pakistan have to fight a non-traditional and limited war for the liberation of Indian occupied Kashmir as releasing a song every year and OIC useless boys club cannot do anything. Pakistan is very much capable of liberating Indian occupied Kashmir and other oppressed nations without doing much. It just need to activate long arm, ‘clear off’ economic terrorists and Indian assets internally.
Anyone with common sense in Pakistan can tell you that corruption, loot and flight of the national wealth abroad is the root cause of economic dependency on foreign countries and IMF, that is making our foreign policy vulnerable. Pakistani traders and financial terrorists who stole $6 billion in trade with China in 2019 by under invoicing are identifiable by the FBR. If you just get them Pakistan can come off from IMF and other’s clutches.
It was Iran who stopped OIC Kashmir resolution against India in the sessions. A senior Saudi diplomat told me in London: ‘There are more Muslims living in India and we have to consider them too”. Pakistan’s annual trade with brotherly Iran is less than $2 billion but Iran is closer to India with its $30 billion annual trade and facilitating six RAW directorates operations from its soil, that’s where Indian agent Kulbhushan Yadve was running his network.

Iran Interest office at Pakistan embassy in Washington
For years Pakistan embassy in Washington is providing proxy service to Iran and running an ‘interest office’ within its building but Iran has bitten the hand that feed them by damaging Pakistan’s interests. This one-sided love story was managed by the invisible secret pro Iran lobby in Pakistan. Iran is the only country after India where Pakistani flags have been burnt and its embassy attacked in Tehran.
It is true that Indo-Iran lobby invested money in PTI, Imran Khan and have successfully planted assets in the government for example Shireen Mazari, Ali Zaidi and little known Zulfi Bukhari as defenders of Iranian interests. They have successfully linked criticism of Iranian policies in Afghanistan and Pakistan as anti-Shia. Following Zionist strategy as criticism of cruel Israeli polices against Palestinians are same as anti-Semitism (anti Jews). Foreign funding of Pakistani Mullahs must be stopped and dealt with same iron hands as TTP and DAESH being dealt. They are the messengers, handlers and executors of foreign countries policies.
Few years ago, at a time of serious economic crisis Saudi Arabia gave over a billion-dollar oil on a deferred payment to Pakistan and requested not to disclose this to anyone. A Pakistani PML-N politician and a bureaucrat went to US – IMF and leaked this information which put Saudi Arabia in a difficult situation due to its relations with the West and USA.
Some elements linked with Iranian lobby in Pakistan are trying to create a rift between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for a long time. Any attempt to damage Pakistan-Saudi relations must be crushed with iron hands. These relations are just not between two states but also special between two strategic and defence partners.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are time tested friends and strategic partners. Pakistani security forces are deployed in the Makkah and Medina for security of the holy sites. Over million Pakistani work force is deployed in Saudi Arabia. Pakistani military is based in Saudi Arabia as part of special defence pact. It is time Iran stop meddling in the affairs of neighbouring Muslim countries on sectarian grounds. Since 1979, its policies have damaged neighbouring Islamic Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Azerbaijan, and Lebanon.
It is just common sense to see that those elements who replaced liberal Shah of Iran and sent Paris based Imam Khomeini on Air France plane to Tehran to create a Twelver Shia constitutional state have successfully damaged the whole of Middle East including Iran.
