Under the streets of London, one innovative idea is sprouting up – an underground micro-farm producing greens. Could this be a new way of growing food, given the population growth and effects of climate change?

Underground micro-farming in London started five years ago, and it has quickly taken roots as more and more British supermarkets and restaurants are signing up to buy the produce.
