SARI PUL, Afghanistan, July 17 (Xinhua) — At least 15 people were killed and five others injured after two militants affiliated with the Islamic State group opened fire on the house of Taliban commander Mullah Ghazanfar in Sayyad district of Afghanistan’s northern Sari Pul province on Tuesday, provincial government spokesman Zabihullah Amani said.
