My Lord – Surely, it was in your discretion to postpone the judgement for few weeks and have some impact assessment by the government, not on the day Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, making his first visit to China to get country out of economic crisis. Timing is very important sir as you know now. There are over 450 dual national bureaucrats in Pakistan with divided loyalties who could be the root cause of this failure of law and order and state control? So, what happened to their case?

The financial crisis is created by the financial terrorists placed in Pakistani bureaucracy and politics which you are dealing with now. Now people have lost lives, inured, properties were damaged and losses to the economy and international crisis created.

You were very pro active in mediating and quietly resolving a criminal case in your chambers between Ayesha Ahad wife of Hamza Shabaz whom he has been denying but admitted in your chamber. Hamza Shabaz son of former chief minister and now leader of the opposition in Punjab is obviously a rich and powerful guy. You saved his political future by not having an open court trial, forming a JIT investigations and application of article 62 and 63. Just because Ayesha Ahad was poor woman asking for her rights and justice for the tortures by Sharifs?

During the American War of independence, the Supreme Court allowed government to take special measures due to special circumstances that was also how to deal with the rebels. Pakistan is at war since 2001 and over 70,000 civilians and 16000 security members have lost their lives. I cannot present much more solid verifiable evidence to the honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan among those killed was my own 28 years old younger brother journalist Faisal Qureshi who was murdered in October 2011 by the terrorists and one dummy suspect police presented has been acquitted due to poor prosecution and incompetence of police investigation or may be cover up. The judge wrote one person can not commit this murder and there were more people involved.  Pakistani TV anchor Munza Jhangir contacted me and wanted to film the crime scene which I refused as it would have further ‘increase fear among the media persons and journalists’ (Psychological impact of MQM-A terrorism). The point here I am making is that timing is very important.

Senator Pervez Rashid later information minister asked me: ‘Why media is not taking so much interest in the murder of Faisal Qureshi’? I said to him, “all the national and international media would at my door in hours and all I need to say is that state agencies are behind the murder”.  I am not going to do that. Well his murder case was reported in WikiLeaks cables, so no one was sleeping apart from people in my own country’.  My same house where brother was murdered was later taken by Qabza Mafia headed by a sitting session judge in Lahore.

Therefore, my Lord: ‘I have experienced police, judiciary and land mafia syndicate at the same time’. I don’t need third party experts to tell me about Pakistan’s corrupt lawyers, how they treat clients in the courts, how they play good cop and bad cop in the court, how judges don’t take interest in the victim’s misery.

It is time you look at the reforming and performance of local and regional judiciary and professional practice of lawyers. Millions of cases are pending awaiting to be decided and billion of man hours are wasted in terms of postponing court hearings. Great Respect Sir.
