In this film Muratkhan Tokmadi confessed to the murder of the chairman of ‘JSC Bank Turan Alem’ Erzhan Tatishev.

The bullet went into the back of Tatishev’s neck. The case was described as an accident as a result of careless handling of weapons.
As Tokmady now admitted that he committed the murder intentionally, at the request of a runaway banker Mukhtar Ablyazov, and in 2004 he bribed the investigation team to be found innocent of the murder of his friend.
The film states that, above the gun from which the banker was killed, manipulations were made between the first and second examinations, which led to the conclusion that the gun could fire spontaneously.
Shortly before the death of Tatishev Tokmadi took a large amount of money in the bank – more than 4 million US dollars. Together with his friend Sergei Nepupkin began to create a joint business. However, after Tatishev’s death, when Tokmady was suspected of murder, the banks stopped giving money to the businessman. For the reputation of Muratkhan Tokmadi, then Mukhtar Ablyazov stood up, who began to slander Tatishchev, urging Tokmady that the banker could at any time substitute him, thus persuading the businessman to physically eliminate Tatishev. According to the author of the film, this attitude of Ablyazov to Tatishev was caused by envy and resentment. After the death of Erzhan Tatishev, his place in the bank was taken by Ablyazov.
